Here are the dates for “Returning” Player Hockey Registration

• September 16, 18, 24, 26 from 6:30pm – 8:00pm.       

Once that’s complete, Registration for new participants will be:

• October 3, 7 from 6:30pm – 8:00pm.

Please print and fill out the form below. Registration and payment MUST be done in person at the Forrest Rink on those dates. We look forward to seeing everyone from last year and we hope to meet some new people this year.
