New to Forrest? So glad you are interested. We will be opening up for regular registration in October – stay tuned for dates and times.
New this year is the Jr. Forrest Kings for all 5 and unders who can skate unassisted. Not quite there yet? No problem, we are working towards finding a Learn to Skate Facilitator (let us know if you are interested in helping out with this program).
Wednesday, September 12 at 7:00pm at Elton Community Centre.
The Elton Community Center, located in Forrest Manitoba is accepting tenders for the maintenance and cutting of the grassed areas of the Elton Community Center grounds for the summer of 2018.
The grounds include the south-east ball diamond plus the grassed areas on the north, east & west sides of the rink building and the trimming around the trees on the south end. The grounds need to be kept tidy and the grass cut on regular basis (minimum of twice a month) from June 1, 2018 to September 1, 2018.
Interested parties can forward a written tender to Elton Community Center, Executive Board, PO Box #11, Forrest, Manitoba, ROK 0W0 or can contact us by email at eltoncommunitycentre@gmail.com. Closing date is May 30, 2018.
The Board reserves the right to shorten or lengthen the contract dependant on grass growth and the lowest or any proposal not necessarily be accepted.
